First and for most I want to inform anyone looking for painless easy and amazing customer service and dental work go here! To start off Hailey at front desk was first the best impression in my decision with this dental office walking in the front door, she is a amazing, sweet and down to earth employee to have and you can tell she really cares about you and in what she does and is very knowledgable in her profession a lot of these places will treat you like your just a number not with her and not here in general! Now the doctor is an awesome gentleman very cool, down to earth and overall you can tell he knows what he’s doing and take it from me he does and does a great job, don’t go anywhere else hats off to surgeon, Hailey at front desk and the remaining of the staff that is there! 5 star all the way would give a 10 if I could!

Dr. Eichstaedt did a great job removing my wisdom teeth. I had minimal pain that was easily managed with Tylenol and Advil, and have had no complications.

Awesome and friendly staff! I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I’ve never had an IV before so I was incredibly nervous. They walked me through all the steps as they happened and really made me feel at ease! Gave me very detailed aftercare instructions and submitted my prescription to CVS right away. Overall, I’m really glad I was referred to this place.

I am very lucky to have been seen by Ralph. From the first meeting he was very concise, helpful, friendly and not being a pushy, offensive sales person in the dental industry. I had seen 3 other surgeons before him and they just did not sit right with me. He preformed 4 wisdom teeth extractions for me with IV sedation. The whole team including himself were very helpful, nice and informative. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I appreciated that a lot. I think I will be back for future mouth work that needs to be done. Shaina the receptionist is so sweet and helpful too! Thank you !

Went here for my first wisdom tooth extraction at 30 years old. Tooth was horizontally impacted and 3/4 underneath the gum. The staff immediately made me feel at ease whilst preparing for the surgery and the doctor was nothing short of fantastic. He gave me very direct information and informed me throughout the surgery of what he was going to do next (which is what I wanted). I had a local anaesthetic and this was totally tolerable. Highly recommended.

I meant to leave a review several months ago. This Doctor is the very best at what he does. I have had a couple of teeth pulled in the past 3 years and the whole process from beginning to end was painless. The staff is so very kind and I would recommend without hesitation.

Dr Eichstaedt just removed my twins wisdom teeth. A very good experience. Great staff as well. And just to reinforce my confidence in him, I am a Dentist and I refer to him all the time. So I had no reservations sending my teenagers there. Kudos.

I have always been afraid of the dentist. From the moment I walked in I was treated so nice. Everyone was so nice here and my extractions went smooth and the doctor explained everything and made me feel so comfortable! Really made my anxiety go away! My son had his wisdom teeth removed last week. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend this practice. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, especially Mark. Dr. Eichstaedt provided an excellent consultation and surgery. He was courteous and professional in presenting the diagnostics and options. My son recovered in just a few days with nothing more then a sore jaw for a few days. Overall this was a very good experience and should I ever need dental surgery, I found the place where I will go.

What a wonderful Doctor and staff. I was late to my appointment by almost half an hour because I confused dates and thought my appointment was the next day. Everyone was so pleasant and did not make me feel uncomfortable for being late at all. I had two wisdom teeth extracted with local anesthesia. Doctor Eichstaedt explained through the surgery each of the steps, told me what sounds and feelings to expect and encouraged me by telling “you are doing great, the tooth is coming out very well”. They did everything knowing how scary the procedure is and made sure it is less scary. I hope I won’t need any teeth to be extracted ever, but I know who to recommend to others. Thank you!

I had 2 of my upper wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. E and I have to say, this by far was an Exceptional experience!! From the first call that I made to make the appointment till the completion of the procedure! First, I was greeted by such a sweet, kind & professional receptionist named Theresa, who took the time to explain the process of my upcoming appointment. She eased my nerves with her Tone & Mannerism- Complete Outstanding Customer Service & Humanity skills!! She didn’t rush me off the phone and she thoroughly answered all of my questions. Then, on the day of my appointment, I met Amy, Dr. E’s assistant, who was another Outstanding staff member! She was also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was there during the procedure and right on the ball while Dr. E was performing the extraction. What an Awesome assistant!! Lastly, Dr. Eichstaedt is by far the Best of the BEST oral surgeons that you will find!! I was a ball of nerves going into this but Dr. E made me so comfortable and I cannot believe how fast and pain free the entire process was!! I even received a personal call from him that evening checking in on me- that was the WOW factor!! What doctor does that??? The BEST one does!!! I was more than scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed before going here. The staff made me feel really relaxed and it was a quick surgery. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Dr. Eichstaedt and his team were during my wisdom tooth removal. I had two that were completely impacted and two that were coming in at an angle. One of which had been causing me pain for weeks. I’ve had a long history of allergies to random medicines along with my touch of asthma so I felt anxious about using anesthesia. The consultation was the same day of the surgery and he took his time to come up with a safe and comfortable plan for me. He uses IV sedation and laughing gas which are much safer than general anesthesia and I was out before I knew it. When I woke up he called my boyfriend in to give us information about the recovery process. Then they wheeled my out to the car. I felt completely alert and fine the entire time. I felt sore when the anesthesia wore off but once the pain medicines kicked in it felt like nothing happened. If you saw me today (only 24 hours after getting them removed) you’d never guess I had just undergone the process. I’m not even swollen. The actual site where the teeth had been removed looks fantastic. He did a wonderful job stitching everything up. I’d recommend him to any dentist/friend looking for a wonderful oral surgeon. Excellent Doctor! Dr.Eichstaedt pulled a tooth with a crown and removed bridge, explained every step and made sure I didn't feel pain. Staff was very nice and Dr.Eichstaedt had great personality. Very caring!
