Very personal experience from all members of the staff from front desk to hygienist to the dentist. It's nice to be treated as a person and not just a representative of a billing opportunity. Highly recommend.

This is my second year with Dr. Hall after my long time doctor retired, and so far so good. I do not have dental inc, but they offer an extremely reasonable yearly fee. Free xrays and exam. I have had a different hygienist every time, but each one has done a fantastic job! I've had some lazy hygienist s in the past- very thorough job- and I show up about 10 min before my appt, I have never had to wait past my appt time! Fast, efficient, affordable! I love that it is family owned, not some big group with rotating staff. Very happy so far!

I came in late day to take a look at what seemed to be a chipped molar. The options were conservative and informed, and I felt completely secure in the treatment plan. We could have scheduled it later but Dr. Hall gave me the option of taking care of it right then. While I have crazy embarrassing dental fear from childhood and didn't want to extend the wait, I took him up on getting it taken care of right then. This turned out to be a very pleasant (did I really just type that) experience and one day later, it feels perfect with no sensitivity or pain. I may always be embarrassing at the dentist but not because of anything I've experienced with Dr. Hall. Baby steps, I guess.
