Dana was gentle in the cleaning of my sensitive teeth and so kind. One of the new dentists checked my x-rays, examined a crown of concern with gentleness and caused no pain. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful. I'm very thankful the dental care started by Dr. White continues with the same kindness and expertise with the new owners.

The staff and dentist were very professional, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing and what they found during the examination and treatment. And, my tooth feels much better! I need to go back for a thorough checkup but that's a good thing.

Excellent staff, make you feel like a person,not like cattle going through the chute. Dr Perry was excellent in addressing my issues and explaining exactly what would needed to correct my them. Also thank you for the extra effort to get me in for appointment right away.

My grandson is autistic and he gets very upset when visiting the dentist. Dr Crez was excellent with William and he said he really liked Dr. Crez and felt very safe with him working on him. William also said Dr. Crez told him everything he was going to do before he did it which helps William with his anxiety issues. Thank you all for being so patient with my grandson.

Punctual and efficient as usual. With my Western Dental insurance there was no paperwork or co-pay for preventative maintaining. Friendly, skilled staff. What more to ask? Free toothbrush and advice for best care and scheduled for next visit.

I have gone to Susanville Dental for over 25 years. Once again the staff was friendly, and punctual, and professional. Dr. Cruz was a very friendly, easy to communicate with, just a very good and knowledgeable dentist. I will continue to use this dental facility, even in the absence of Dr. White.
