Where do I even begin? I deviated ONCE from Dr. Kirk because I moved an hour north and it was a massive, massive mistake. I came back to Dr. Kirk to fix a filling done very poorly by Lake Norman Dentistry. The staff was attentive, kind, responsive, empathetic (I was in pain for many weeks), and so professional. Dr. Kirk is truly meant to be in the profession she is in and I will never see another dentist again…. Even if I move out of the state! Thank you all so much. 5.0 Ai Guut

Here's something you don't hear every day: This dentist's office has become my "happy place." There was an embarrassingly long stretch in my life where I did everything I could to avoid going to the dentist. Now I look forward to it. Dr. Kirk, Courtney and the rest of the team are not only spectacularly good at what they do, they are also friendly and professional and do everything they can to make things comfortable. Courtney not only offers headphones for music while she cleans my teeth, she has them cued to play my favorite songs. Dr. Kirk offers lots of options to reduce or avoid pain, including sedation dentistry if you prefer it for major work. (I do.) One Christmas season I booked an appointment where she and her assistant sang carols while working away on my teeth. These people are really good at what they do, and they're really nice. Don't put it off like I did; just go! 5.0 Greg Johnson

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I usually hate the dentist but this was such a great experience as a new patient. First of all, the staff members were so welcoming and nice. I came in the back door by accident and was let in by someone with a smile on there face who didn’t make me feel stupid. After filling out new patient paperwork, I was greeted by Johnnie, the dental assistant. She is the BEST. So sweet and so through and great at her job and just being a nice human. If you’re a new patient they take all these pictures of your teeth, so you can see your progress. This was the most through exam and cleaning I’ve ever had and makes me wonder what all of my previous dentists were even doing. The male dentist who did my cleaning poked all of my gums to measure for gum recession (I think) and did oral cancer screening. I’ve never had a dentist do this before so I felt very well taken care of. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable as well. Asked if I needed a break and made sure to let me know I can raise my hand to get him to stop at any point. Johnnie gave me some headphones to connect to my phone during the cleaning and even offered me a blanket. The ladies at the desk who checked me out were so nice as well and honestly I can’t wait to come back! 5.0 Ashley Bejsovec

I had pretty severe dental anxiety before going to Dr. Kirk. While I'm still a little anxious, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. Everyone in the office is always very kind and caring and Dr. Kirk is patient and welcoming. Highly recommend. 5.0 Jenna Kolakowski

Doctors Pappert And Kirk Dentist are some of the best dentists in the business. They are both very kind and motivated. This dentist office does it do unnecessary things. They will inform you of what is needed and allow you to make the decisions. The practice is very clean and accessible. Beyond being professional all of the staff at the practice that I have had contact with are also very nice. I would definitely recommend this as a first choice. 5.0 Michael Dellinger
