Dr. Kirk is the most exceptional dentist I have ever had care for me. She not only has excellent clinical insight in dentistry, she also has all of the latest updated equipment to precisely assess any dental needs to address your teeth to their optimal care. She has great people skills and is very conscientious and compassionate with her patients. I came to her after having neglected my dental care for some time and she was able to resolve some difficult dental issues for me with great care and patience! If I could rate her higher, I would give her 10 stars; as she is most deserving. Ahh where to begin?? Drs. Pappert & Kirk have the BEST dentist office that I've ever been to. My husband and I have been going here since we moved to Charlotte 8 years ago. I never liked going to the dentist as a kid and as an adult, it gave me major anxiety. But walking into their office was a breath of fresh air! They asked me about my anxiety level since it's so common for people to hate the dentist. I told them that I was highly anxious and they reassured me it will be fine and set me up with a blanket, headphones and a face mask 🥹 it was such a great experience that I actually started looking forward to my appointments! And the cloud ceiling above the chairs are a nice touch. Literally everyone who works there are wonderful! Both Drs Kirk and Dr Pappert, Annie, Briana, Johnnie, and Wendy (just to name a few) are lovely, hardworking people who are great at what they do! Honestly, top tier 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I cannot rave enough. Everything at my dentist’s office is amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m not paying out of pocket more than is needed.
