Best Dentist practice I have ever been a part of. Extremely friendly staff, and appreciate the philosophy of the practice. I was switching dentist practices from Green Hills to the Hendersonville area. The first practice I went to, I was shocked with their diagnosis that I needed 4 crowns and $3k worth of dental work. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fischer. I was treated very well, and they significantly pushed back on that treatment plan. Their conservative approach of not doing dental work for the sake of doing dental work resonates well with me. Although they say a few problem areas that could need work in the future, they saw no need to take immediate action. I have been with the practice for over a year now, and have not needed anything aside from routine cleanings and have not experienced any discomfort or issues. The hygienists are amazing, very personable, and would recommend this practice to anyone. 5.0 Chris Wickersham

Today Dr. Laura provided some additional work needed. She is always very kind and thorough in her work and explaining what she is doing. As before, Dr. Laura went into detail explaining options and what would give better long lasting results. I am grateful to have her and Dr. Ryan as dentists at Fischer Dental.
