This was my first visit with West Park Dental. From the warm welcome to professional care, everything was top-notch. Some of the most passionate and attentive people in the dental field. Bobbi Joe is a light in the office and has a warmth to her that makes you feel welcomed and calm. I feel like I could’ve talked to her all day. Dr. Brian was incredibly attentive, taking his time and actively listened to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly and left no detail overlooked. I felt comfortable the entire time. I love this place. Never thought I'd say that about the dentist. Dr. Gallagher is just the best. I feel very comfortable from the moment I enter until I leave. I never feel judged. I never feel like I'm being scammed or upsold on anything. Also, the staff is just so friendly, too. 5.0 Dan Duranski

I have been a dental patient of West Park dental for many many years, and dating back to when Dr Michael Gallagher first opened his office in West Park. I have come and gone from Cleveland over the years from the East Coast and back to Cleveland several times, and I have always found that I get the best dental care, service and connection at West Park dental. It all started when a fellow running friend recommended me to contact Dr Gallagher, then a student at Case Western reserve School of dentistry. There is still even now work that exists in my mouth that was done over 40 years ago by the student Michael Gallagher. Recently I have been very satisfied the past 3 years upon my return to West Park dental, and will continue to draw upon the expertise and fine work of Dr Michael Gallagher and the associates, at westpark dental. Staff is very patient and professional. Found Dr Gallagher after another dentist refused to treat me because of my bad gag reflex. Dr Gallagher helped make it so my gag reflex wasn’t triggered so much. The staff treats you with respect and doesn’t nag, while pointing out issues with your mouth. Uses it to educate instead of nag. 5.0 YtS FlameZ

Dr. Brian and Molly were absolutely Wonderful. I had broken a tooth and called the office. Dr. Brian returned my call and immediately saw me the next morning. I have had many crowns in the past from other dentists but this experience was like no other. I was treated with compassion and gentleness. Thank you Dr. Brian and Molly.
