I have always dreaded going to the dentist. I now really enjoy my trips. I have never met a more friendly staff. 5.0 Edward Thomas Had a consultation and discussed treatment options. Decided to proceed with plan and had X-rays and scans done. Met with finance and was informed of the cost and given several options to pay or finance. Looking forward to the treatment and will update my results. The atmosphere in their office is really peaceful, calm, and friendly, and everyone who talked with me was very intentional to communicate an atmosphere of caring and sincerity. It was more like an experience than a dental visit, and you get a picture of what the world would be like if we all treated each other as kindly and caring as they do. Dr. Gaunt went beyond my hopes in giving me understanding and enabling me to get past the anxiety, and I’m very grateful. He is super knowledgeable and a really great communicator. I had been doing a lot of dental research the past few months via the internet, starting with root canal research and ending up covering a bunch of topics from recession to bone loss, etc. and the more I researched, the more questions I had since I lack the knowledge and experience of a professional dentist. I really needed someone with expertise to answer questions and give me the status of my teeth/gums and recent dental work and to help me get a good protocol going forward. Dr. Gaunt went beyond my hopes in giving me understanding and enabling me to get past the anxiety, and I’m very grateful. He is super knowledgeable and a really great communicator.
