Always courteous. 5.0 Felicia Robinson Robinson I have been using Dr. Timpton for several years for fillings, root canals, crowns, and implant - all performed in his office with no outside referrals necessary. He is excellent at avoiding pain and discomfort with great injection technique and nitrous gas if requested. Dr. Timpton is highly skilled and experienced. He takes a conservative approach, not recommending unnecessary procedures, and has invested in modern technology like 3D scanning, which produces much better-fitting crowns than traditional molding. My recent crown replacement (photos attached) was completed efficiently in a single comprehensive visit. The crown was expertly crafted and fitted, with careful attention to bite alignment and aesthetics. However, important to know: As of my last visit (10/15/2025), Dr. Timpton was only in-network with Delta and United, but out-of-network with other major insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield (Liberty). While his prices are within normal range for Charlotte, this may increase out-of-pocket costs. If your insurance is in-network, or has good out-of-network benefits, or if cost is not your primary concern, Dr. Timpton's clinical skill makes his office an excellent choice. 5.0 Anonymous
