I've been a patient at this office for the last 15-20 years, and I was a little apprehensive when Dr. Talaber sold the practice, since I had a well-established relationship with him and his previous staff, and as a transgender woman I can never be sure how people I don't know will react to me. I felt instantly accepted and affirmed by Dr. Evans and all her crew, which has been a huge relief. The crown procedure I had done today was a great experience; everyone was very friendly and personable and made sure I was comfortable. The office didn't seem rushed or overbooked, and I appreciated how careful and thorough Dr. Evans and Marti were throughout the procedure. Hannah at reception was also very accommodating, and I've had my teeth cleaned a couple of times in the past by Alison, who is a real gem. They were wonderful and so nice! It was a refreshing change! A crown on an upper front tooth came off while eating Subway and I bit into it, breaking off the back upper portion. They got me in right away. Barb cleaned it up and put it back on, so I no longer looked like a toothless wonder. I still have to get a new crown and by the time I left, there was a plan in place to get it all done! Very happy! 5.0 Jean Donaldson Updating an older review to reflect my most recent visit. I showed up for an appointment only to find out it was actually scheduled the following week. No big deal to me but as I was walking to my car the office manager stopped me and said I could possibly be worked in as they had a hygienist who came in early. They were able to get me in for my routine cleaning which was seamless. I understand those things can’t always workout like my scenario but the fact that they tried instead of letting me leave knowing I had an appointment booked at a later date. That is customer service! It’s a rare gem in this fast paced world we live in and I can’t tell you how much it’s appreciated!
