The staff is excellent, and Dr. Julie is great. She didn’t give me a hard time for rarely wearing my retainers, or flossing. 5.0 Kristopher Margart Excellent care, always. (40 year client). 5.0 Marla Fitzsimmons Freindy and knowledgeable staff. Listened to what I had to say. Referred me when it was needed. 5.0 Keith Davis My appt was with Dr. Mertz. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what the plan would be for my teeth. His assistant was very pleasant as well. Good experience. 5.0 Amy Spears I have been going to this dental office for years and have not had any bad experiences with anyone. Everyone is pleasant and professional. This week I had the bond of my retainer come off and was able to get scheduled in pretty quickly to get my retainer fixed. Dr. Ordelheide was thorough and was able to re bond my retainer pretty quickly. He always is very personable and is good at what he does. Kudos to him and his team for doing an amazing job. 5.0 laura chavez Tietan Dental is the best dental practice in Walla I have only had negative experiences with dentists my entire life. Tietan Dental has changed that! my extraction felt like an ordinary check up and was over before I knew it. Their staff is supportive and empathetic, and incredibly knowledgable. Dr. Daub communicates in an effective and straight-forward manner that leaves you at peace and up-to-date with what’s going on with your teeth, proving himself an effective communicator and skilled doctor. Josie is absolutely WONDERFUL!! She listened to all of my past grievances and made sure to address all the worries I had, THANK YOU JOSIE! Seriously, I can’t recommend these guys enough… and I HATE going to the dentist lol 5.0 Sawyer Tietan Dental is the best dental practice in Walla 🙏 I have only had negative experiences with dentists my entire life.
